Super Flat, Fun, Festive

Full Review:

Great race, well organized. The course was super flat and beautiful. Plenty of energy gels, water and Gatorade. Cheers teams along the way. The finish line was very colorful and showed NM culture.

Race Tips:

It's dry heat, so put on your sunscreen and light clothing. Its 5000 ft of altitude but I did not feel it.

Travel/Logistics Tips:

Plenty of hotels withing walking distance to the start line. They had a gear check, so nothing to worry about.

Best event I have been part of in the SW!

Full Review:

Very fun atmosphere. I felt safe, cared for, cheered on, and celebrated. Once finishing at the Plaza, I felt so happy and the whole thing was colorful. My medal is hanging in the living room, its a hot air balloon shaped one!

Race Tips:

Its a dry heat and altitude, so bring a sunscreen and a hat!

Travel/Logistics Tips:

Plenty of hotels and parking nearby.
