When you purchase products or services (for example, Race Pace Bands), you authorize the payment processor to charge your chosen payment method and you agree to the product terms disclosed at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, sales are final.
5. Race Data & Accuracy Disclaimer
We provide race schedules, course descriptions, elevation data, pacing tools, and related content on a best-effort basis. Race organizers may change course details without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or absolute accuracy. Use all information and tools (pacing, training suggestions, course analysis) at your own risk.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, services, and advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, or privacy practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyMarathon, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Site.
