Real runner feedback on course feel, crowd support, aid stations, and logistics (parking, hotels, restaurants).
Did they get the course right this time (at last)? Last year the marathon was 27 miles and the half was 12.4. It was also 12.4 a couple of years ago when I ran the half, and they also had not one, but two, misspelled words on the finisher medal.
Best strategy would be to pick a different race.
Don't choose this race if you are looking to BQ or PR because it may not be the correct distance.
It was a nice marathon. The hills are not bad. The stations were ok. One thing though They need to mark better the course, since there are no to many runners for the full marathon, some areas were a little bit confused to follow the route. I'll do it again.
