Course Description

The course starts and finishes at Mohawk Harbor. 16 of the miles are run on the Erie Canal Bike Path (Mohawk-Hudson Bike Path/Empire Trail), including the final 11 miles of the race. The course is fast with barely 500' of total elevation gain and with most of it along the Mohawk River and also finishing through the Stockade, it is scenic as well.
