Course Description
Miles 1–4: Downtown & Fremont Street The race starts at The STRAT, heading north on Las Vegas Boulevard. At Mile 3, the course enters the Fremont Street Experience, passing under the four-block LED canopy. This section covers the historic downtown district before transitioning into residential areas.

Miles 4–12: West Neighborhoods & Springs Preserve

The route moves west into the Rancho Oakey corridor, characterized by historic residential streets and Bob Baskin Park.

Between Miles 8.5 and 11, runners enter the Springs Preserve. This 180-acre section includes:

The Origen Museum and natural history exhibits.

The Historic Las Vegas Springs site.

Paved desert trails and botanical garden paths.

Miles 12–16: Residential Loop Runners exit the Springs Preserve and return through the residential streets of the Rancho Oakey neighborhood. This segment is flat and primarily supported by local community crowds as the course prepares to transition back toward the main resort corridor.

Miles 16–26.2: The Las Vegas Strip The final 10 miles consist of a south-to-north out-and-back on Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip). Major landmarks along this stretch include:

North Strip: Wynn, Encore, and The Venetian.

Central Strip: Caesars Palace and the Bellagio Fountains.

South Strip: Park MGM, New York-New York, and Allegiant Stadium approach.

The Turnaround: The southern turnaround is located at the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign near Mandalay Bay.

The return leg heads north past the Flamingo and The LINQ, ending at the finish line located at the base of The STRAT.
