Course Description

The Big D Marathon course has long stretches that are flat; however, there are some hills especially between miles 10 and 22. After the late hills, it is downhill to the finish.

The race can be challenging since the Dallas weather in April can be warm. With the likelihood of warm or hot weather, coupled with a rolling course, a PR or qualifying for the Boston Marathon may be difficult.
