This is a great little marathon - or, actually, two marathons: a paved trail marathon that is a Boston qualifier, and a dirt trail marathon. There is also a half-marathon and a 10K on each course, for a total of 6 races in one day.
I ran the paved trail marathon in 2014. The course is nice and flat, and was a bit breezy on the way out (but with a tailwind on the way back). It\'s a quiet, pleasant course. The volunteers are great, and there are aid stations with water, Powerade, snacks, toilets and some gels every 2-3 miles.
This is a small event - no crowding on the course.
I haven't run on the dirt trail, but based on the pics I've seen it looks beautiful.
Parking is easy, across the street from the starting line and nearby at the convention center.
