Course Description

The very flat Texas Marathon course consists of four out and backs on greenway in Kingwood, Texas. The race starts at the Greentree Pool, continues to Lake Houston and returns to the Greentree Pool. The course is entirely on the shaded concrete greenway trails and are open to the public on race day.

The scenery is great. The only thing is general runner etiquette could improve.

Race Tips

Start slow and finish fast. After 3 loops you know what you have to do to increase your pace!

Logistical Tips (Hotels, Restaurants, Parking, Discounts, etc.)

Arrive early to pick up packet and relax before the National Anthem!
