The point-to-point Huff to Bluff Marathon course runs from Blanding (approx. 6,100 feet) to Bluff (4,300 feet).
Although, the course drops almost 1,800 feet from start to finish, there are a few small climbs on the marathon course. Most of these are between miles 15 and 22.
In the three miles between miles 15.25 and 18.25, runners will climb approximately 160 feet in four separate hills. In addition, there are three small hills between miles 19.25 and 22 - each climbing no more than 45 feet.
