The Bob Potts Marathon course is relatively fast, but the mid to late May temperatures and moderately high humidity may slow those down who are not acclimated well.
The course is made of a soft, crushed stone. It is extremely flat, but there is a very slight elevation increase on the way out and decrease on the way back.
