Race organizers were great to deal with on some specific requests that I had. Buses to the race start were a bit of a zoo--races started late because no one could get there in time due to lack of the right number of buses to support the races--hopefully that is fixed for 2013!

Race Tips

The course though very sustained and pretty forgiving for the first 18 miles really gets tough with the final hills...a negative split is hard to run time-wise; effort wise, a negative split is likely to be about 4-10 mins. slower on the back half when compared to a similiar overall "effort" on the more forgiving front half when your legs are fresh and the course is more flat.
